Choosing a school near Geneva: the programme belongs to a campus
Ecolint has three campuses with different programmes. Compare them with Collège du Léman and Florimont, and distinguish a daily commute from a boarding search.

Do not choose International School of Geneva, Ecolint, without choosing a campus and programme. Its three campuses do not offer identical routes.
Campus des Nations offers the International Baccalaureate (IB) Primary Years, Middle Years, Diploma and Career-related programmes. La Grande Boissière uses the Universal Learning Programme before the IB Diploma. La Châtaigneraie, in Founex, has primary and middle-years provision followed by IGCSE and senior options including IB or the Swiss federal maturité.
Ask what is available in the child’s year, in which teaching language, and how a pupil transfers between programmes. A foundation-wide brochure does not establish a place at a particular campus.
Compare genuine alternatives
Collège du Léman, in Versoix, provides day and boarding education with several diploma routes. It is relevant when residential care or a choice of senior qualifications matters.
Institut Florimont, in Petit-Lancy, offers Swiss Maturité, French baccalaureate and IB routes. It is worth comparing if a national qualification or bilingual education is a priority.
Collège Champittet is in Pully, Vaud, not Geneva. Its former Nyon campus ceased operating after June 2024, as the head announced. Pully offers day places and boarding from age eleven. For a wider boarding search, Le Rosey and Aiglon belong on a separate regional shortlist.
Budget and daily language
Use each school’s current year-specific fee schedule. Separate day tuition, boarding, registration, refundable deposits, meals and transport. Check whether a deposit credits tuition before adding it to an annual total.
Test the actual journey to Grand-Saconnex, Founex, Versoix or Petit-Lancy from the likely home. Ask how French is taught and supported, not merely whether English is available. Local public education also deserves consideration if the family expects to remain in Geneva.

Collège du Léman offers day and boarding education in Versoix, with five upper-school diploma routes. The main decisions are the teaching language, the qualification and whether the family needs boarding.
